ホテルの問題というか、Booking.comにおける値段の表示の仕方が姑息でした。 合計金額ではない値段を一番目立たせ、判断基準にしようとするBooking.comのサイト・アプリの構成は、正直詐欺の域に達していると思います。 きちんと読んでいなかったほうが悪いと言われればそれまでですが、急いでいたらそこまでくまなくチェックはできないので、ユーザーに対してもっと誠実なサービスに改善されることを切に願います。 加えて、ホテル自体のホスピタリティも決して良いとは言えるものではありませんでした。 前述の通り、表示の仕方のトリックに騙されて、結局決して安くない値段で宿泊したわけですが、その値段に対してはまったく見合うサービスではなかったです。 いわゆる民泊であり、ホテルではありません。 無人なのでチェックインの仕方も資料で説明されるのですが、その説明もかなり雑で、何度も失敗して試行錯誤した結果チェックインできました。 タオルもプラス料金と書いてあり、どこにあるのかもわからなかったので、結局足拭きマットで身体を拭くはめになった。 ベットも背中にフレームのパイプが当たるほどちゃちなものでした。
